Delete your account and cloud data

You can delete your Skillovo account and associated cloud backup directly in the app or request deletion through support.

Directly in Skillovo

Open your profile, then open Settings.
Select “Synchronization”.
Tap “Delete cloud data”.
Confirm your connected account and the deletion.

This deletes the Skillovo cloud data, Firebase access, and account link. Skills stored only on your device remain unchanged.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@krautbytes.de from the email address linked to Skillovo and mention “Skillovo” in your message.

Never send your Google or Apple password. To protect against unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm your identity again.

Important: This only affects Skillovo. Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted.

What is deleted

your private Skillovo cloud backup and activities,
technical synchronization metadata,
your Skillovo access in Firebase Authentication.

We cannot remotely remove local data from devices you have used. You can delete it in Skillovo under “Local data”, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.

Google states that deleted Firebase Authentication data is removed from live and backup systems within up to 180 days. Existing share codes follow the expiry and deletion periods described in the privacy notice.
